Synergy Products is a wholesaler of welding supplies, industrial tools and safety products. Synergy is seeking independent sales reps to promote Synergy products across Canada and the USA.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the position of Independent Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new accounts with local distributors.
- Marketing of all products to the specified territory to established distributors.
- Develop and maintain new accounts.
- Visit end user and refer them to local distributors for product.
- Remain knowledgeable and up to date on product offering.
- Reach sales targets on a quarterly basis.
Expectations and qualifications include:
- 2-3 years outside sales experience in a hunter role. Industrial sales a major asset.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Produce reasonable efforts to increase industry awareness of our products.
- Up to 50% travel to start. Will be reduced as market is set up.
You will be required to work from you home office. You will need a vehicle, phone, computer and internet connection. Marketing material will be provided by Synergy to assist you in setting up new distributors.
This is a commission role. Synergy offers some of the industries highest commission rates and bonus program. Reasonable first year expectations are between $70,000 – $100,000.
